I am going to start planning out my first two weeks of meals for the month of January!  I am on the ball this week since I am not working- my husband and I took vacation time so that we could spend the holidays at home with our kids!  I have talked with my husband about my goals for this new year and he seems to be on board with most all of them, so now I'm onto menu planning!

Meatloaf, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes

Dinner with my parents
Baked Pork Chops, Rice, Greens
Baked Chicken Parmesan, Salad, Homemade Bread
Corned Beef and Brussels Sprout Soup, Homemade Bread
Mongolian Beef, Broccoli, Rice
Tuna Cakes, Cole Slaw, Baked Potatoes
Homemade Pizza
Dinner with my parents
