A Pinterest Idea: Lighted Christmas Trees

I found this idea on Pinterest and had to try it for ourselves!  These little Christmas trees are made out of tomato cages turned upside down.  We had to use two at a time because the tree looked more triangular than circular if we only used one.  Check out our pictures below!

I am going to make this cake for my girls when their birthday rolls around!  My cousin, Jess, made this cake for her daughter!  It is such a great idea!  Aren't all little girls princesses?

Creative Idea: Grocery Store Bags

Owen turned 6 on Monday and I was not prepared for his birthday in any way!  I didn't have many presents for him (only socks, a Nerf gun, and a t-shirt), nor did I have a cake.  I was frantically running around after work and forgot to buy tissue paper while I was at Wal-Mart.  Then, I realized I should just use some of the plastic grocery store bags, to stuff in the gift bags, since I have more than enough under my kitchen sink!  Take a look:
