Menu for the Week of 4/2-4/8

Saturday:  Steak, Broccoli Salad, Mashed Potatoes

Sunday:  Braciole, Rice, Leftover Broccoli Salad
(never tried Braciole before...trying to find a good recipe, I got the meat for it)

Monday:  Sloppy Joes, Baked Potato Pieces, Applesauce

Tuesday:  Grilled Whole Chicken Seasoned with Butter & Herbs, Stuffing, Salad

Wendsday:  Crockpot Country Style Steak (w/gravy), Mashed Potatoes, Veggie

Thursday:  Cool Chicken Couscous with leftover chicken, Applesauce
