My favorite rib recipe!

My friend, Brandy, taught me how to make the BEST ribs that you will ever
put in your mouth! The meat falls off the bone after cooking/grilling.
Yesterday, we fixed a rack of baby back ribs. Here is the recipe:

1 rack of BABY BACK RIBS
Spices for rub
Aluminum foil
Favorite BBQ Sauce (Stubs is good!)

We rinse the ribs, pat them dry, and then take the membrane off of the
backside (with a paper towel). We then put a rub on the ribs. Yesterday my
husband made up a pepper rub, which was WAY too hot for my liking. Then we rap
the ribs in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the ribs low and slow at 200 degrees
for 3 hours. Then take the ribs out of the oven, out of the foil, and place on
the grill while you baste them with your favorite BBQ sauce for 10 minutes.
These are the BEST ribs you will eat! The meat is falling off the bone when you
take them off of the grill! Be careful not to lose any of the good stuff while transferring
to a platter!

P.S.  If you don't have a grill, you can broil the ribs in your oven for 10 minutes while basting.
