Valentine's Dinner!

Valentine's Day Dinner:  Sherry Pork Loin (taken from Crockpot Slow Cooker Best-Loved Recipes- but edited by husband!)



3 large red onions, sliced thin
2 Tbsp butter
2 1/2 lb pork loin
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup sherry wine
2 Tbsp italian parsley, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

Slice onions. Rub pork with salt and pepper and place in your crockpot.  Add onions, parsley, sherry, and butter.  Mix cornstarch and water together and pour into crockpot.  Cook on low for 8 hours.

We had stuffing and fruit with this meal!
