My Chili Recipe

Rebecca's Chili

1 onion chopped
1 lb ground turkey
2 lb sausage
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cumin
2 Tbsp ground mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon


Cook the sausage and turkey together in big pot.  Drain the fat.  Add the onion and garlic.  Cook about 5 minutes.  Then add tomatoes, beans, ketchup, chili powder, cumin, ground mustard, and brown sugar.  Let cook for about 30 minutes.  Take off heat and then refridgerate overnight.  Chili is best on the second day!  Rehead and add a spoonful of sourcream and cheese!  Serve with crackers!  Even the kids will love this sweet chili!
