Dinner Tonight

My husband and I visited a restaurant, The Palisades, in Giles County, VA for dinner tonight.  I just wanted you to know that my food was excellant!  I had a ribeye with chipotle butter, chedder & roasted red pepper grits, and a salad.  I'm going to find a recipe for the chipotle butter and grits.  After I attempt to make them, I will share the recipes with you.  Yum!
