Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Cookies are probably the best that I've fixed.  I have had a hard time finding the right recipe for cookies.  This batch made over 40 cookies yesterday and my whole gang has almost eaten them up!

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter, softened
1/3 cup cream or chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 12oz bag of mini chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375.  Grease your cookies sheets.  Cream together the first six ingredients on the list with a mixer.  Then add flour, baking soda, and salt.  Once that is mixed together then the 2 cups of oatmeal and then the mini chocolate chips.

When the dough is mixed, spoon about a tsp of cookie dough into your hand and form a ball.  Place the balls on the cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes.  Let the cookies cool on a rack before eating!  Enjoy!

You can also freeze this dough by rolling each individual ball and freezing on a cookie sheet.  Once the balls of dough are frozen, you may place them in a bag and then directly onto the cookie sheet and into the oven!
